A business profile on OffMap puts your business on the map of people exploring Italy’s dirt roads by motorbike and bike: anyone passing through your area finds you, sees your opening hours and joins your events.

People using OffMap find you on the businesses map, by type and by vehicle served. The list goes by distance from where they are looking: nobody pays to be higher up.

Opening hours and special days, services with prices, an address that opens in Google Maps or Apple Maps, logo, photos and the contact details you choose to show, at an address of your own for your website and social media.

Events on the board
Rides, courses, track days, test rides and new-model launches for people on motorbikes or bikes, with dates and a meeting point: they appear on the events board, confirmed straight away and with no minimum number of riders.

03Getting started
Online in four steps
With the account you already have and a confirmed email, no card: the profile goes on the map straight away.
Step 1
Your business
From the ‘Businesses’ layer or Settings › Business choose a name, category and vehicles served. It is the same account explorers use.
Step 2
Where people find you
Search for the address or tap the map: the point is where explorers find you.
Step 3
Hours, services and photos
Add opening hours, services with prices, contact details, logo and photos, then company name and VAT number or tax code.
Step 4
Publish with the code
Check your profile, read the OffMap Business terms and confirm with the code we email you: the profile goes on the map straight away.
We look at profiles after they are published and when someone reports them: a profile that does not represent a real business is suspended.

Frequently asked questions
Who can sign up?
Businesses for people riding Italy’s dirt roads, based in Italy, with or without an engine: tracks, hire, tours and guides, schools, workshops, shops, clothing and parts, places to stay and eat, clubs and associations. The rules are the same for all.
Do I need a VAT number?
You need the business’s VAT number or tax code: motorbike clubs and associations sign up with their tax code. We only check the format.
How much does it cost and when do I pay?
Nothing during the trial. After the trial the profile will cost €74.90 a year, but payment is not active yet: until then it stays free even after the trial, and we will email you at least 30 days before payment becomes possible. No card, no automatic renewal.
What happens when the trial ends?
As long as payment is not active, nothing: the profile stays on the map. Once it is, we remind you of the end date 30, 7 and 1 day before; without a renewal the point stays for 7 days, then the profile leaves the map and its address shows ‘No longer listed’.
Can I pay to be shown higher up?
No. On the map and in the lists businesses are sorted by distance from where people are looking, never by payment, and reviews are never filtered or sorted for money.
Who can leave a review?
Only people who joined an event you organised on OffMap, with a confirmed email, from the day of the event to 30 days after it. The review says which event it is about; you can reply to each one and report false or offensive ones.
Can I see how many explorers look at my profile?
Yes: your business profile comes with a statistics dashboard, in the ‘Statistics’ tab of your listing and in Settings › Business. Month by month you see how many times your profile was viewed, how many times your address was opened in Google Maps or Apple Maps, taps on your phone number and email, visits to your website and sign-ups to your events, with trend charts for up to 13 months. Only you can see it: the numbers are anonymous and indicative, with no data on who looked.
Can I close my profile?
Yes, whenever you like, from Settings › Business. Upcoming events are cancelled and the riders who joined get an email.
Where can I read the OffMap Business terms and privacy policy?
In the app, before you publish: you find them in Settings › Business. For anything else, write to support@offmap.eu.
